As the title implies, "29th and Gay" follows the exploits of a gay man who's pushing thirty in the big city. James Sanchez (screenwriter James Vasquez) is dealing with his struggling acting career (which unfortunately mostly consists of dressing in a rabbit suit), his sagging physical condition, and his crush on the local barista. And he's not exactly fitting in to the circuit party scene. Fortunately, he has good friends (Nicole Marcks, David McBean) to give him advice when he needs it most. --SD |
